Bringing Calm, Confidence, and Connection Back Into Family Life
No parent sets out to struggle, yet somehow, the same battles keep happening. The shouting, the guilt, the worry that you’re not getting through. Behaviour Strategy helps you step out of that cycle. It gives you a clear map for understanding your child, managing emotions (theirs and yours), and creating a calmer rhythm at home. At Mind Path, we work with you and your child’s school as one team. Not to judge, but to join the dots with family-oriented behavioral workshops in Dubai, focusing on behavioral training in the United Arab Emirates and beyond.Behaviour Strategy helps you step out of that cycle. How Schools and Families Work Together
When a child struggles with behaviour, learning, or emotional regulation, everyone feels it, at home, in class, and within the wider school community.
Mind Path bridges these worlds. We bring teachers, parents, and professionals together under one coordinated plan, so that support feels consistent, not fragmented.
We take referrals from schools and Parents directly, however we follow the frameworks that already exist in schools.
The Mind Path PATHWAYS Method
Every family programme follows our structured 12-week model, blending insight, action, and measurable progress.
Weeks 1–2: Pinpointing the problem, Assessing antecedents, thoughts and feelings and the habits formed
We start with home and/or school visits to identify behavioural patterns, triggers, and strengths.
A full PATHWAYS assessment maps emotional, environmental, and relational factors.
Weeks 3–10: Going at a pace that works for you, Action Design, and Yeilding Insight
We co-design strategies with parents and teachers, focusing on emotional regulation, consistency, and communication.
Families practice micro-changes week by week, with check-ins at Weeks 6 and 10 to measure progress and adapt plans.
Weeks 11–12: Creating Sustainable Change
We measure outcomes, strengthen new habits, and plan how to sustain change beyond the programme.
Where higher-level support is needed, we coordinate safe transition into (or back from) external DHA-registered services.

Workshops for Parents and Schools
Our workshops are designed to bring practical, culturally sensitive support to both schools and the wider community.
Delivered by our team of experienced coaches, each from diverse professional and cultural backgrounds bilingual in Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Arabic and English - we make sure every session feels relevant, inclusive, and grounded in real family life across the UAE.
We understand the dynamics of multigenerational households, the role of stigma, and the pressures of parenting within different cultural expectations.
Our workshops help parents and educators understand why children behave the way they do and, more importantly, what to do about it.
Workshops include:
- Calmer, Confident Homes – our signature series helping families create consistency, connection, and calmer routines.
- Study and Motivation Skills – practical ways to help children focus, build habits, and take ownership of their learning.
- Boundaries and Communication – how to set limits with warmth, encourage respect, and reduce daily power struggles.
- Understanding Behaviour – insight into emotional regulation, sensory needs, and common triggers at home and in school.
- Supporting Neurodiverse Children – pre- and post-diagnostic workshops helping parents understand their child’s profile, adapt routines, and work effectively with schools and professionals.
Workshops are available both in schools and in community settings, making support affordable and accessible to families across all backgrounds.
