Vishakha, is the founder of Mind Path, a trusted resource dedicated to supporting families and caregivers of individuals with neurodevelopment disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health challenges.
With an extensive professional background as a specialist nurse in learning disabilities in the UK, Vishakha brings years of hands-on experience, expertise, and compassion to the forefront of Mind Path’s mission.
Extensive Experience in Crisis Support and Family Care
Throughout VIshakha's career, she has worked in high-pressure roles within crisis support services, providing essential care for both children and adults. Her contributions to home treatment teams and inpatient services have sharpened their ability to deliver effective interventions, enabling families to navigate the most challenging situations with confidence and resilience.
Certified Expertise in Evidence-Based Assessments and Behavioural Strategies
Vishakha holds certifications in industry-leading assessments such as ADOS-2 (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) and ADIR (Autism Diagnostic Interview-Revised). In addition, they are trained in Functional Behaviour Analysis (FBA) and Applied Behavioural Analysis (ABA), equipping them with evidence-based techniques to support individuals with special needs. These qualifications empower Vishakha to deliver comprehensive, tailored strategies that promote positive behaviour change and enhance family well-being.
